Exbal
Features:
· Best in class for ease of use.
· Option
to output to Excel spreadsheet for custom reporting, analysis, and graphics.
· Ballistic
coefficient database for most bullet manufacturers.
· Option
to analyze ballistic reticles (multiple cross-hairs).
· Flexible
choices: yards or meters, 1/8th to 1 MOA or Mil Dot sight adjustments, maximum range
of 2000 yards/meters.
· Calculates
effects of wind, altitude to 15000 ft, atmospheric conditions, and angle of
incline.
· Calculates
MOA adjustments and Point Blank Range.
· Calculates
the effect of sighting in at one altitude and shooting at another.
Exbal
is for long distance shooters: tactical, military, law enforcement,
varmint hunters, and target shooters, It accurately determines where your
bullet will go in relation to line of sight. It performs rigorous three
dimensional motion equation calculations that account for air resistance,
gravity, and wind drift.

Exbal
can utilize multiple ballistic coefficients needed to characterize high
efficiency target and boat-tail bullets such as the Sierra MatchKing.
You can specify one set of atmospheric conditions for sight in, and another
set for a different range or hunting location.
Exbal can analyze scopes with ballistic reticles using your actual bullet and
muzzle velocity, Exbal
does not require a lot of memory or disk space. It can be loaded on a laptop
computer to take to the match with you.

To use Exbal key-in a description, bullet weight (grains), muzzle
velocity (fps), sight-in distance (yards), and ballistic
coefficient. Optional input parameters are sight height above bore
(inches), altitude (feet), temperature (degrees F), percent of relative
humidity, and pressure at altitude (in. Hg) or pressure at sea level (in
Hg).

|
|
|
Exbal
can load Excel spreadsheets with the results of your ballistic calculations
so you can plot, analyze, and compare results.
